Very early hunter-gatherer women in the ancient Americas hunted huge games as much as people performed, new research suggests.
Calmly transferring the wild of Andes hills, ancient hunter-gatherers stalked a herd of vicu?a. The hunters threw stone projectile points with ease, hitting some of the beasts and leading the rest to scatter.
