Advocacy groups push on for limitations on payday loan providers
LOS ANGELES — On Tuesday,, a small grouping of more than 80 spiritual and neighborhood leadership sent a letter to the Los Angeles County Board of managers, urging the board to do this next month to deal with high-cost payday and automobile subject financing storefronts in the county.
