LOS GATOS – In a case that features raising stress due to California’s drought, the owners and two resident-employees associated with the Lupin Lodge nudist camp are charged with crime conspiracy for presumably taking h2o last year from a neighboring belongings to maintain their parched resort available.
The problem submitted because of the Santa Clara region area attorneys’s company on Thursday alleges that Glyn Stout, 77, their girlfriend Lori Kay Stout, 53, Michael Buckland, 38 and John Berryessa, 49, piped drinking water from Hendry’s Creek on drought-affected, clothing-optional business despite many cautions to avoid.
